Returns Policy

All tiles are produced in batches and as such each batch is unique in shade and tone. We will only sell tiles from one batch for each project.  With this in mind we have created a simplified returns policy.

Stocked Tiles
If you choose a tile from one of our stocked ranges and change your mind or unhappy with the product, we can issue you a refund if the product is returned within 14 days from the product collection. Full Packs only are accepted and not Part Packs . Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging, unused and in a saleable condition.


Non-Stocked / Special Order Tiles
Returns for non-stocked and special-order tiles can only be accepted if the original manufacturer/distributor will accept them back.  Please check at time of order.
If they do accept returns it will be subject to the following;
•    Full Packs only are accepted and not Part Packs . Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging, unused and in a saleable condition.
•    Collection charge – they will charge us for the tiles to be collected and returned on a pallet courier (charge is £50ex vat per pallet).

•    Restocking charge – they will charge us a restocking charge of 20%.

 

No claim for damaged or defective tiles will be accepted if the tiles are installed.  Please check the tiles before they are installed.
